In today’s article I’m going to show you the conversion I made using the Librarian in terminator armor<\/strong> that comes in the Warhammer 40k Leviathan<\/strong> box, to turn him into a Space Wolves Rune Priest <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

First of all, thanks to Games Workshop<\/a> for sending me this amazing box before its release.<\/p>\n\n

Lets start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conversion:<\/h2>\n\n

On this miniature I sculpted the wolf’s fur with green stuff<\/strong>, plus I added a chain to which I added some bits left over from other Space Wolf kits. For the head, I made several tests and finally the one I liked the most was the one you can see in the pictures, which corresponds to the Blood Claws kit. <\/p>\n\n

I replaced the symbols<\/strong> that go on the top of the armor with some wolf symbols, which are also from leftover parts from other GW kits (Wolf Guard if I remember correctly).<\/p>\n\n

The axe fit perfectly with the wolves so I didn’t modify it. Below you can see several photos with the finished conversion<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

I decided to paint this armor a bit darker than my usual Space Wolves, so that it can stand out from the rest of the army and the OSL effects will show up better.<\/p>\n\n

Here you can see the result using a white background:<\/p>\n\n

And then using a dark background. In this case the miniature looks much better as the OSL effects stand out much more.<\/p>\n\n
