Today we have a very special tutorial, since I am going to show you a different type of paint that I am not used to. This is my first figure that I paint in the anime style, although I have really enjoyed painting it and it has been a different challenge, so I hope to paint more miniatures in this style later.<\/p>\n\n

In this tutorial we will see how to paint a Goku kid miniature in anime style<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n

Let’s Start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Primer<\/h2>\n\n

To begin, a black primer<\/strong> will be used. Surface Primer Black<\/a> 70.602 can be used both with a brush and with an airbrush or, otherwise, Hobby Paint Spray Black<\/a> 28.012.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

Optionally<\/strong>, using an airbrush, apply a zenithal highlight<\/strong> using Game Air Cold Grey<\/a> 72.750. <\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

All of Goku’s skin<\/strong> is painted using Fantasy Pro Natural Flesh<\/a> 74.006.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

In all skin folds<\/strong>, apply a mixture of Fantasy Pro Natural Flesh<\/a> 74.006 and Fantasy Pro Burned Flesh<\/a> 74.002.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

The first light<\/strong> is applied using Model Color Sunny Skin Tone<\/a> 70.845.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

A final light <\/strong> is applied to the skin using a mixture of Game Color Pale Flesh<\/a> 72.003 and Fantasy Pro Highlight Skin<\/a> 74.008.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

For this entire process, its recommended touse a wet palette<\/strong> . I use the RedGrassGames<\/a>wet palette , which is for me, the best palette on the market at this moment.<\/p>\n\n

If you buy from Spain I recommend you to take it in Frikland<\/a> , since it is one of the distributors in Spain with the best prices on the market.<\/p>\n\n

The eyes <\/strong>are painted using Model Color White<\/a> 70.951 and after that, the pupils and eyebrows<\/strong> with Model Color Black<\/a> 70.950.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

Game Color Heavy Red<\/a> 72.141 is used for all Goku’s clothes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

For the base color of the clothes<\/strong>, Game Color Bloody Red<\/a> 72.010 is used, leaving the previous dark red in all the folds.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

We apply the first lighting<\/strong> with Model Color Orange Red<\/a> 70.910, this time focusing on all the points where we want a lighter tone.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

To give the final touch to the clothes<\/strong>, Game Color Orange Fire 72.008<\/a> is used in small areas of maximum light<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n
\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

For the socks<\/strong>, a first base coat of Model Color Neutral Grey<\/a> 70.992 is painted. After that, Model Color White<\/a> 70.95 is used, leaving the gray in the lower areas where the shadows would be.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

Prepare a dark blue color<\/strong>, mixing Model Color Dark Sea Blue<\/a> 70.898 and Model Color Blue<\/a> 70.925 and paint the shoes and the wrist cloth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n

The base color is painted<\/strong>, making a mixture of Model Color Blue<\/a> 70.925 and Game Color Magic Blue<\/a> 72.021. As previously done with other parts of the figure, we will keep the dark blue from the previous step in the lower areas and folds of the clothes.<\/p>\n\n

To finish with the blue color<\/strong>, we will paint a light in the upper areas, where Game Color Electric Blue<\/a> 72.023 has been chosen.<\/p>\n\n
