Today I bring a very special miniature! This is one of the new Aeldari Fire Dragons, and I had the honor of receiving them before their release thanks to Games Workshop, which allowed me to paint and share them with you in advance.
From the moment I saw this model, I knew it was going to be perfect for experimenting with orange (which is my favorite color). Fire Dragons have always stood out for their striking aesthetics and powerful role on the battlefield, and this new version perfectly captures their essence. The armor has a lot of details, which makes the painting process even more satisfying.
For this miniature, I decided to go for an intense color scheme, seeking to highlight the fiery tones characteristic of the Fire Dragons. I focused on a gradient of oranges for the armor, while for the weapons I opted for cool tones that contrast well with the rest of the miniature. The combination of these colors helps to convey the feeling of a warrior engulfed in flames, ready to reduce his enemies to ashes. In addition, I took the opportunity to freehand some Aeldari symbols on the fabrics to give it a special touch.
These new Fire Dragons miniatures, along with many other new ones that I will be showing you, will be available in stores from February 8th. If you are fans of the Aeldari or simply want to add spectacular miniatures to your collection, they are a perfect choice.
